A Hospitality/Restaurant group in the Meatpacking district is seeking an experienced and qualified office manager to start immediately. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Answering and directing all phone calls
Greeting clients
Ordering office supplies
Acting as liaison between management and front of house staff
Taking reservations for the venues
Assisting the direct manager with all necessary duties
Assisting the accounting department
